The 15 min service includes a brief process guidance from a case manager and the consultation with your doctor.

• Case Manager: Before the consultation begins, your case manager will check if there is anything about your condition you would like to update; after the consultation, provide a brief to the consultation summary. (The process will be in around 3 min)

• Doctor: audio (or video) call will be around 12 minutes, but could be slightly adjusted depending on the content and progress of the consultation.
Yes, payment is required before the consultation. Customers can choose from LINE Pay, PayPal, and credit card payment.
A refund is available if there is a cancellation, however cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the time of consultation. It takes 3 to 7 days for us to process your refund and return your funds. To cancel a booking 24hr within the consultation, the customer will need to contact our customer service(FB fanpage:健康好朋友ASKiN) and a handling fee will incur from the third-party payment platform.
